Apparently this isn't a new concept, because this very poster is from the Library of Congress' WPA Poster collection and was designed in the 1930s. Back then, a little "re-investment and recovery" act called the New Deal was under way after Wall Street screwed things up for thousands of regular Americans. Sound familiar?
